In accordance with Article 13 of the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection, a customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days after receiving it, without providing any reason.

✔ The request must include:
Order number
Order date
Full name
Contact phone number
✔ The product must be returned within 7 calendar days after the return request has been submitted.
✔ Shipping costs for returning the product are covered by the customer, except in cases where:
The product is damaged
The wrong product was delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect
Product Condition
Returned products must be:
✔ Unused
✔ In original condition
✔ In original packaging
✔ With all included accessories and components
Due to hygiene and safety standards, cosmetic products cannot be returned if:
The packaging has been opened and the product has been used
Hygiene safety has been compromised
There are visible signs of use
(Opening the outer packaging alone does not automatically mean the product has been used, however the product must remain in resalable condition.)
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after receiving the return request.
ELGA YAKOV reserves the right to process the refund only after the returned product has been physically received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return Exceptions
Customers are not eligible to return a product if:
✔ The product was made to a custom order
✔ The product is perishable
✔ The product price does not exceed 30 GEL
✔ The product has been used or damaged
✔ The product is not returned with complete components
